Following CDC guidance and requirements set forth by Prince George’s County, masks are required for all guests and employees in all indoor spaces, regardless of vaccination status.

Currently, The Theater at MGM National Harbor does not have a vaccine or testing requirement. This is subject to change per the request of the artist or promoter. All additional health requirements will be communicated to ticketholders prior to the event. Events that have health requirements and new COVID-19 protocols will be labeled on The Theater at MGM National Harbor Ticketmaster page with a Health Check icon.

Walking Directions

From The Hotel Valet

Enter the hotel doors and proceed right, past the Lobby Bar, and down the escalators. The Theater will be immediately on your right.

From the Casino Valet

Enter the hotel doors and proceed straight through the conservatory. The Theater will be located on your right.

From The Parking Garage

Take the elevators to the Casino Level. Proceed right, past the restaurants and retail stores towards the conservatory. Go left, through the conservatory, The Theater will be on your right.

  • Unapproved Pamphlets, Handouts, Ads, or Flyers without prior consent from Arena Management
  • Clothing, garments, or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)
  • Signs, Flags, or Banners exceeding 11” x 17” or attached to a pole/stick. Signs must be relevant to event. Signs may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by The Theater at MGM National Harbor management. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time.
  • No bag check-in services are available for guests. Guests attempting to enter the arena with prohibited items will be turned away and asked to return the items to their hotel rooms and/or vehicles.
