A Message from Jorge Perez
I hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy as we all continue to navigate the challenging COVID-19 climate this winter. At MGM National Harbor, we continue to work hard to provide our guests and employees with a safe and enjoyable experience. To do this, we've implemented a number of stringent protocols that have been in place since we reopened our resort in June. This includes:
• Providing all team members with health and safety training
• Temperature screening for all employees prior to entering the property
• Mandatory mask requirements for guests and employees
• Limiting amenities and offerings to adhere to social distancing practices
• Offering handwashing and sanitizing stations throughout the property
• Disabling select slot machines and installing acrylic barriers throughout the casino to promote social distancing
• Offering digital menus as well as contactless dining and payment options
Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks recently announced new restrictions in order to curtail the rising number of new COVID-19 infections in the county. In accordance, MGM National Harbor has reduced capacity in the casino and at retail establishments to 25% and has suspended all indoor dining. No food or beverage consumption is permitted in the building. Changes took effect Wednesday, December 16 at 5:00pm and will remain in place through at least January 16.
Our valued M life® Rewards members will be given priority access to our resort as we near our daily capacity limitations. On weekends -- beginning each Friday at noon -- all guests will be required to show their M life Rewards card prior to entering the parking garage to gain entrance. Please remember to bring your M life Rewards card with you each time you visit.
We've also implemented new changes to provide more outdoor dining and grab-and-go options for our guests. For full-service dining, we've expanded our patio at Voltaggio Brothers Steak House and created a new heated outdoor dining terrace near our casino valet entrance for Ginger guests. Grab-and-go options are available at Bellagio Patisserie and select National Market locations and we've expanded our outdoor seating areas to accommodate diners. As a reminder, masks are required at all times when not eating or drinking.
We continue to work closely with state and county officials on guidelines and recommendations for keeping our guests and employees safe. We look forward to seeing you at MGM National Harbor and thank you for adhering to state and county mandates during this difficult time.
