Frequently Asked Questions

What is Workday and how do I get credentials?

Workday is our HR and Payroll system where employees can access onboarding documents, time-off requests, payslips, and more. Each newhire has to complete the necessary onboarding documents in Workday prior to their processing appointment. New hires will receive two additional emails from MGM containing their system username and password. If you receive credentials, but you’re having trouble logging in, call the Help Desk at (855) 286-0151. Once you receive your username and password, copy and paste the link into your browser and once logged in, click on Get Started.

Don't be alarmed if you haven't received an email yet if your start date is a few weeks away – it is one of the last steps before you start your new career! Please be sure to complete all steps in a timely manner to avoid delays to your start date. Most communications we send are via email so be sure to check daily.

What documents do I need to bring for processing?

An “I-9 approved documents list” will be sent to you via email prior to your
scheduled processing appointment. If you do not have the approved documents in
time for processing, you will need to return with your documents within 72
hours. If you are unable to provide documentation within that timeframe we will
have to separate your employment with MGM National Harbor

Does MGM National Harbor offer any benefits and when do they start?

MGM National Harbor offers extensive benefits and employee services, such as a choice of health care options, a 401(k) savings plan, life insurance, and more. These benefits are designed to help you balance the busy schedule you have at work and at home. Per your offer letter, if your position is benefits eligible, you will be able to enroll after successful completion of your 90-day introductory period. You will learn more about these benefits during your new hire orientation.

How do I get an employee ID card?
